Today is the first day of Spring 2008. My eyes are craving green and my feet anxiously await a trail to walk that is not ankle deep in mud. Finding evidence of Spring was a challenge today so I chose to focus on what is coming by looking back.

Today’s photo is indeed an image of one of Concord’s finest conservation landscapes about one mile outside of Concord Center on Lexington Road, alas it is a landscape I captured in 2007. I just needed to feel the warmth, see the horizon and smell the flowers if only through a picture.
